Each of our bridal gowns are custom-made to order according to your measurements, therefore final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gift shop items are available for a full refund minus any shipping charges onto the original payment if returned within 15 days of the original purchase. All items must be in unworn, unaltered condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping is not included and therefore must be shipped at your expense. Gift shop exchanges may be made for like items. Shipping is an additional charge.
